plus it’d be useful as nodejs module in itself.
The plan is to begin with making the functionality of hummus work in nodejs like it would with C++. then start tapping into node specifics. like being able to do non-blocking i/o (at least the writing part). being able to write directly to the response object in http requests would be nice too.
you can check out the project progress in the git project page. There’s already some scripts that can work. they are in the “tests” folder. pretty much copying the tests from the C++ project.
